I don't understand how he can ride in those conditions. I need a television, movies, music - anything to keep my mind off the torture (and the clock).
The article does really make me wish I had the ability to train with power though. |

I will if you can play two choruses on all of you, without reading or sucking.

sure, whatever. you don't even have to ride a bike at the same time. post the results.

I'll have to learn it first, though; the key I use would depend on working around not having a third valve. :p
|
good luck with that, especially making the Fmi7b5
I'll be waiting. |
Concert F is G bugle Bb, so it's not unpossible. Not that I can ever improv anyway...

the stipulation was no sucking.

I'm just paid to play loud. :D

Found this review of the e-motions today.
It also contains a review of the Elite version of these rollers too. |
I've had my e-motion rollers about 15 months now, and can't say enough good things about them. I just had to order a new $12 belt for the resistance unit because it's about shot, but I couldn't be more impressed with the engineering, build quality, and function of them. Had a great ride on them last night watching the Sugar Bowl.
|
Even a monkey can do it. (although, not well. It still needs a little practice, it doesn't see so well.)
|
Stickied until weather improves.

This thread was posted a couple weeks ago which provides some help on how to change the belt, in case you lose track of how the washers line up. http://www.bikeforums.net/showthread.php/699214 |
That monkey video is disturbing.
For one thing, a man (and I'll assume it's a man) owning a monkey costume is just plain wrong. |
