I liked the video.
Man, he could make those rollers scream!
But, I'll admit that at about 1:05 I was kinda hoping that a roller would seize and he'd go shooting off the front. That would have been funny!

Thread cleaned up, lets keep it on topic and cut out all the bashing.

I actually did find the OP quite helpful. There are a lot more threads than these when one searches on the topic. The links posted actually do a lot to sift through the debris of what could be an overwhelming search.

Which oh by the way are the best rollers on the planet bar none

Even better, you playing the trumpet or trombone on the rollers.
And I'd pay cash to see you do a remake of the tuba video you made a couple years back. This time on rollers though instead of the trainer.

Since every imaginable roller question has already been adressed, I guess this means I can't shill the E-Motions any longer.

I'd watch that. Especially if it was Coltrane's Giant Steps.

metronome.
I'm pretty confident that I can do that length of time at 130rpm, since some of my practice tunes are in that range. 144 is probably tougher, but I do bounce less at that tempo since it seems to be above a certain threshold of natural bounce rhythm for me.

To get a quick read on anything related to cycling, Sheldon Brown's website is always not a bad starting point.
Though not generally thought of as a cycling resource, wikipedia sometimes has something decent along with good links. For good karma, if you know better than what's written already, improve the article since it's much more likely to be found later by others than a BF post. As it stands, wikipedia contains articles both on rollers and trainers
