Pretty much all stock except for the seat.
I was thinking wheels or groupset or carbon frame i don't know.
Any tips or anything would be great.

First of all, that's a good bike at that price point and you probably wouldn't consider upgrading it unless you enjoyed it.
That being said, I'm not sure that I would invest that much more money in that particular bike. Again, while it is very good for what it is, I think you might be about to head down a path of spending a lot of money trying to make it into something it was never meant to be.
I've been down that path with cars and motorcycles in the past and it is rarely cost effective. Once I upgraded one component, then I would notice how much one or two or three other components also "needed" upgrading to be comparable with the other newly upgraded component. A target of $X often turned into $XX. Upgrade-itis can often wind up being be an expensive malady.
As an alternative, I would recommend perhaps considering the used bike upgrade path. With a little patience, you can probably spend 50% more in six months and get a used bike with a sub 20 frame & wheel combo with with a full 105, Rival, or maybe even Ultegra grouping including the brakes etc...
Anyway, food for thought. Happy Thanksgiving.

Kool Stop/Swiss Stop Brake Pads
Bar Tape
Tires
Next:
Pedals (clipless)/Shoes (if you haven't already)
Wheelset definitely. Lose 2 pounds quick.
Doesn't say what type of shifters you have, but they look like either Tiagra or Microshift?
If Tiagra, I'd definitely go with a 105 Front & Rear Derailleur upgrade and if there's any money left over, a 105+ Crankset.
All these upgrades can be done for well under $1000. (I've tallied $700. so far) and most are transferable bits that can
be used on your next bike or sold off easily and will give that bike a new life (or rather, unleash it's potential).
If you don't have clipless pedals already (I'll assume you don't based on your OP), that's $300. for a great pair of shoes and pedals.
Are those are brakes on the flat part of the bar? Nix the "great" pair of shoes.
Get a "good" pair of shoes with pedal combo and a pair of 105 shifters (used if you have to).
($150. shoe/pedal combo, $150. shifter/brake combo)

My mom's refried beans do the trick for me.
(Seriously, for $1K the best bet is to get a wired PowerTap, a HRM, some tracking software, and then start a good structured program.)

depending on your fit level, i'd prolly drop the dough on moving from that triple to a standard or compact double (depending on your geo). at this point I would just upgrade the some of the group prolly not all of it.
or go for some new wheels+tires. at least you can take that to the next bike.
all this is after you've grabbed the basics which I'm assuming you have like: cycling kits, helmet, pedals, shoes, bag w/ utils, computer, etc.

There's a fine carbon bike with better, lighter components in your future.
