Bikes: only have one at the moment :( But at least its a CrossCheck so its multipurpose and STEEL.
I love his frames!!! His S Stays are about the sexiest thing going at the moment.
Plus he builds out of my town! If only I could afford one of his frames, let alone a build worthy of his frames...
I need to make more money...

i am not huge on the tape (it is ok) but the rest of the bike is right up my alley. very nice.
have you had a chance to ride the athena? i love that they offer all alloy but am disappointed they took away multiple downshifts.

I absolutely love everything about this bike. The only thing you need now are some old school Nike Prefontaine's gold style. And for some reason, this bike makes me think of Ron Burgundy.

Pimptastic!
Its nice to see a bike that is different from the usual black on black red on black or sponser stickered up.
The clean look with those rims reminds me of customised VW's.

I put only about sixty miles on the athena group before snow set in because I was waiting for the alloy ergos for 2011. I have 2009 chorus 11 speed on my Colngo mxl and have put 1000's on it. The shifting has improved on the 2011 athena fd shifts are instant and rd shifts are improved a little as well, although the 2009 chorus is great as well. I wish it had the multiple downshifts like the 2009 chorus but the rest of the performance is improved the drivetrain is very smooth and quiet, I was going for the all alloy look and I knew I would be giving up the multiple downshifts.

How was your experience working with Mr. Kirk?[/QUOTE]
Dave was very easy to work with and the build is right on for me, he took the time to get it right.
