Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

I got a medal for a metric century once. That's even more woosey than a half marathon if you ask me.

I was stoked to get a silver one, though. A lot of the field had to get bronze or none.

If I got a medal just think of the possibilities! I could use a hot glue gun and turn it into a barrette or a pull tie. How cool is that?

But as the Pope of BF, shouldn't all threads be created in your honor?

Bikes: A trek

I feel like a horse.

Since they took my braces off a few months ago I just can't stop eating apples.

A medal, a cape, a banana and a shopping bag...I think that's reasonable for $100. Oh...and a number with your name on it.

Bikes: Have two wheels

I drove 300 miles through the rain, sleet and snow last night and managed not to put my car in a ditch.

The same cannot be said for you guys and the Addiction thread.

Well done.
