Hi guys,
Mind to share your preferred online store when comes to buying bike accessories?
I'm currently looking at ebay and the price are relatively high after the included the international postage fee.
Many thanks.

My favorites that I've actually bought from that I've been satisfied with the service and delivery are:
Real Cyclist
Competitive Cyclist
R&A Cycles
Bellatisport
InVita Sport
Since you're in KL, I wouldn't know what shipping would be. Others will pipe in on their favorites.

Performance is probably the best experience (overall good prices, speed of delivery, selection) , Probikekit is great on price, bad on time.
Never ordered from Competitive Cyclist, but they look like the "Best" overall, just not cheap for accessories.

In the General Cycling Forum there is a thread entitled "POSITIVE experiences with cycling related businesses". The thread has gone to multiple pages ... have a look through it and you might find something that will work for you:

If KL is classified in the same region as Australia, forget about ordering anything from North America. The freight/shipping charges will be a real killer. Of course, you won't have this issue if you intend visiting the stores in person on a trip to the US.
On the other hand, these are the e-shops I deal with frequently:
Wiggle in England has superb customer service and their ordering/inventory interface is pretty good.
Torpedo7 in New Zealand which has specials twice a week through an emailed newsletter, and their housebrand stuff such as warmers and shorts is surprisingly good quality.
Chain Reaction Cycles in Ireland which I used often until recently when I had significant issues with an order being delayed beyond a reasonable period. Their ordering/inventory interface also is not as refined as Wiggle's.
There are some good eBay shops listed in Australia, but shipping might be a dealbreaker again.
I've ordered from ProBikeKit in England in the past, but the goods were very poorly packaged and as a result one of the items was damaged. I didn't bother pursuring a return because of the shipping cost at my end.
The advantage of ordering out of the UK is that KL (and Australia) is outside the European Union, so the goods are shipped without Valued Added Tax (VAT) being added.

Performance is great for delivery, return policy, etc. CC costs a little more, but IMHO has better quality products and great return policy. PBK shipping a little slow, but they are in the UK, prices are good (average). Nashbar has good prices, but they have run out of a product and cancelled my orders several times now without notification at all. Then refused to give me the same price when they restocked. other than that bad experience, they are ok, but still last on my list.

Amazon.
I order a set of Conti 4000 S and some other things from Performance and in about three days my order showed up only problem was that the tires were not included.
Called Performance and they told me they were back ordered and would get them in about a month! I said that the web site indicate that the tires where in stock when I ordered and they told me the web site is not real time. I told them that I could not wait a month for tires and they said that they do nothing about it.
I canceled the order and then placed a new order with Amazon, within two days the tires were delivered and cost $20 less than Performance.
I have ordered a number of expensive items from Performance and because of the dollar value the order is delayed for a day or so to check the credit card. Performance web site is often down and gets unexpected page errors. Performance 's web site needs work. Performance should also treat repeat customers making high dollar orders as preferred customers instead of potential thief's. Given the facts above I will not be renewing my member ship with Performance.

Seconding Treefort Bikes. Their site isn't the easiest to navigate, but their prices are usually very good and as stated they do instant price match. Shipping has always been fast, and they've never screwed up one of my orders.

Bikes: Three road bikes. Two track bikes.
Universal Cycles. Not the best prices, but they have price matching. More important though, they sell lots of obscure stuff. You can find almost everything there.

I also like JensonUSA. NiagaraCycle has a lot of stuff, but it's a pain to negotiate your way through the site to find it and their shipping is slow with poor updates (sometimes at least other times it's fairly rapid). Just found some small hard to find things at loosescrews.com. Someone recently pointed me toward Competitive Cyclist's sale page and now I'm pissed at whoever that was because I'm finding myself lusting after things I don't need that cost more than I should spend. But they're on sale and the descriptions are so awesome. Must fight urge to grab credit card...
Oh and bonktown. And love2pedal.com for cheap but decent quality bibs. Some stuff you just have to ebay or amazon though.
I've had a lot of negative experiences with nashbar lately, so I can't recommend them even though their cheapness keeps trying to draw me back.

I agree with above recs (except for ones I haven't shopped). ebikestop.com in Colorado has A LOT of parts that are hard to find elsewhere. For example I got a Miche (Italian) 9 speed cassette for Shimano/SRAM that easily disassembled to individual cogs, to make an 8-speed cassette (with 9-speed spacing) for an old 7-speed alu frame and hub. They also have loads of bartape brands and color /pattern choices.
Don't hesitate to google what you're looking for and price-shop. For example, I was just looking for some Schwalbe Dureme touring tires, and cyclocamping.com popped up. Their price $60 (each) was way less than wiggle ($77), which shocked me because wiggle (and other UK/Irish) stores normally consistently beat American stores significantly on Euro-product pricing. (I hope I'm not getting blems, will have to find out.)
For apparel, worldcyclingproductions.com in MN normally charges MSRP, but they have frequent 10-20% off sales. Just get on their email list for coupon codes. They sell quality products.
brandscycle.com in NY has gotten my business a few times, for sale items. One time I ordered some Sidi shoes, last year's model, their website did not show out of stock, but they were. So they sent me the new-year model for the same price. Very nice people to talk to.
I got a bike-build online from bikesale.com (Bothell WA). They totally underpriced CC. They gave me very knowledgeable advisement (everything they said worked out to be true), and even went so far as to contact Speedplay about making a set of long-spindle Light Action pedals, which Speedplay said, "Sure we can do that." John and Kyle(?) are really friendly. And the build was perfect out of the box. I didn't specify cables, they installed Gore Ride-Ons. I asked for tire rec, they said GP4000s were hard to beat (and they charged me $90 for the set). I asked if there was a carbon bar that could accept clip-on aeros, they recommended an Oval Concepts model. They had a good answer for every inquiry I made.
jensonUSA works well for me in Kansas, because I've noticed 2 day shipping with cheapest regular ground UPS orders several times, and then noticed the stuff wasn't sent from Cal, but from MN (QBP warehouse, methinks).
Most of these stores started as LBSs, so they know their stuff and you can phone-talk with knowledgeable cyclists and mechanics.
