Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

C'mon man this is an old pic. I repaired the frame with clear packing tape. You can't even see those tiny cracks now. Rides like a dream and a crabon Terk is crazy light. You could lift it with your pinky toe. I'll throw in some new bar tape, your choice of color.

I use a Lazer O2. It is the only helmet on the market worth buying. jk its not the only one but its pretty good.
I use a Lazer Helium because helium is lighter than oxygen.....

I was pretty convinced our real road rider for sure was real and not a troll until the TdF/ESPN/Lance post.

dude your helmet is fine. The fancy aero helmets will only make a difference after you get to the point where you're riding 25 mph plus for a whole hour straight. Even then, it'll only give you a few extra seconds. And it'll make you look a lot sillier, so not worth it. Your helmet has a visor to protect you from the sun only partially. It's also made so that if you go offroad with it it'll (only very slightly) help brush branches away before they smack you in the face. If you don't like it take it off. If you do like it leave it. It's not going to make a difference either way. If it makes you feel faster, leave it and maybe you'll go faster because you feel faster. It's called the placebo effect and it's proven to work.
