Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Anything wrong with Airborn Zepplin titanium frames?

$550

I know that the 105 parts are good...

2003 Airborne Zeppelin frame, with 9spd 105 parts from a Cannondale, Coda Hubs, Mavic CXP 21 rims. Sweet, fast bike. Pedals included, unless you don't need em!

Works perfect; clean, tight, and lubed, new cables.

Other than Airborne has been out of business for quite a while. Do a search on this.

Sounds like a reasonable price, if the frame is the right size for you.

Yeah, they went out of business, but their bikes generally got good reviews and I never heard of any quality issues. I owned a Flyte Al frame (Flyte was Airborne's attempt at resurrecting itself) and was really happy with it. As long as it's in good shape frame-wise I'd say go for it. Ti should last forever.

Great price. 105 is solid, and while Airborne never had the cache of the big Ti frame makers, they weren't junk at all.
