Bikes: a heavy old steel Frankenbike Gitane, a cruiser (not something I'd buy for myself, but it was a gift, what can you do?), a Greg Lemond, a Specialized Stumpjumper(old, steel, fully rigid), and a Specialized Safire
Manufacturers don't list weights because it depends on the size, and whether it's weighed with or without pedals or saddle or bar tape, etc. It weighs about as much as any other bike at that price point. Most people would consider it light. Many riders who are overly concerned with bike weight would not. How much does this really matter?

To give you a ballpark estimate, around 17.5 pounds or so.
Individual bikes will vary. Almost any bike shop will have a fish scale on hand, so you should be able to get them to weigh the particular bike you're looking at.
As noted above, when comparing bikes, make sure you're doing apples to apples with respect to pedals and accessories.
