Question on etiquette in the 41

Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

What everyone on this forum needs is a sarcasm key on their keyboard. Of course it would wear out in the first month of use. Oh, wait, I just needed to use it again, etc, etc,...

You are too fat for this.

You need to get back to your birth weight before you even think about buying lighter parts.

it takes more than a new thread, some nylons and chocolate chip cookie dough to make it to the promised land with me

My personal rule is to never respond to a thread that's been on the forum longer than I have...

Get a professional fit and a trainer. Now that he was mentioned I was just wondering if ne1 had seen any updates on RyanF. The last I saw was some really dark weird stuff.

Not sensitive, just not wanting to waste everyone's time, besides this obviously, with useless posts and threads. As someone else suggested, HTFU is probably the right answer, along with less reading and more riding.

It only took seven replies before the OP got an answer. Today is a good day for information flow in the 41.

Start a new thread when you have a question, or something to say. Because this is the road forum, there's no post that's too dumb. If you have an actual bike question, that will be a nice relief from "what kind of aero-helmet can I store my gun in while I ride?"

See, that's exactly what I mean. A reasoned reply to a random dig. You are supposed to call me a dickbag poser, and then we take it from there.
