What is YOUR Bomb proof tire?

Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

What is YOUR Bomb proof tire?

Sub thread to my other thread......

Noticed there where a lot of other choices and opinions and I'd like to know what others have had success with.

So name away.....What is your bomb proof choice of tire?

I had great success with the Seca Sefas RS tire

From: Taking a tip from Siu Blue Wind, I too am typing a lengthy passage of text down here to demonstrate the enormous amount of space available should one wish to use it-- in sharp contrast to the avatar text above this part.

Bikes: '06 Salsa Campeon, '84 Cannondale R1000, 80's Nishiki Ariel

I've been using the Bontrager R2's, for me it's a nice trade-off between weight and durability.

I really like my Vittoria Diamante Pros. Only one puncture, and it was a piece of metal that I think would have went through anything.

Handle really nice, feels like they roll really well.

Bikes: yes please

I run cst ultra speeds with kevlar. I get them from , nice bike tires . com, an ebay store, 42.00 a pair shipped. I have them on 3 bikes, good handling, excellent low rollig resistance, and tough. I get around 2500 miles from a rear tire. I dont get many flats with these tires, once a year if that.

I like Krylion Carbon by Michelin. Maybe not bombproof but very good flat protection and actually pretty decent performance.
