It's a hijacked account. If you look at the seller's other current auctions, they are all expensive items with the same suspicious message and $1800 BIN price. All the item photos have probably been lifted from past auctions (each photo has a different background). If you check the sellers past sales, the real account owner basically sells stuffed bears and glass beads. It's a scam.

If you have time to waste, you can also set up a dummy email address, email the guy that you're interested in the bike, then string him along for a while.
Update: This listing (260827144047) has been removed, or this item is not available, so Ebay does pay attention to reported scams

It's obviously a hijacked account, that listing doesn't look anything like his other listings (apart from the 'fake' ones) and genuine sellers don't post their email addresses. I've reported it.

You didn't miss much. The typical scam of listing a bike, then giving an email address to contact the seller. The seller will then try to get you to send them money outside of Ebay, and you will get nothing in return.

That's the oldest scam trick on ebay. Only takes an imbecile to fall for it nowadays.
