Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Flat paint oppinions.

What do you think of the flat paint showing up on many new models?
Not just purely aesthetically but also from a wear-ability point of view?

Looks wise, I love it!! I couldn't tell you about how they wear since I don't have a matte frame.....yet.

I picked up a Tarmac SL2 in matte black & red and was skeptical myself. Turns out it's as easy to maintain as having a glossy coat. Looks fantastic!

Love matte black and it's easier to maintain IMHO. No water spots.
