Spoke count on Zipp 404

Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Spoke count on Zipp 404

Quick question, I have seen spoke counts in 18, 24, 28, 32 on Zipp rims. What are the advantages of having more spokes. I know someone selling 404's w/ 32 spokes and just want to know the advantages if any.

More spokes make a stronger wheel.

More spokes make a heavier wheel.

I would love to find a 404 rim with 32 holes, I would be able to use my pt hub on it.

Additional spokes add stiffness, weight, durability, and drag.
