actually, they are all very hard to accidentally pull out of, unless you have piss poor technique and twist your foot a lot.

well to give you the story behind the answer, you can rule out the X series pedals. The Zero's are a better design, and the X series at this point is essentially a legacy system for people like me that have multiple X series pedals and don't want to incur the cost of changing all of them to Zero's.
And you don't need the light action pedals, so that leaves the Zero's as the clear choice.

Once I get in my speedplays, nothing short of actually twisting the ankle will get me out. they're TIGHT. and yes the screws are the proper torque.

Need to make sure they are stainless or chromemoly - the titaniums are only rated to 185#
