Leg Pain
I have pain in my leg behind my knee from cycling. It gets better with rest and other activities do not aggravate it. Also, this same leg is marginally shorter than my pain free leg. What should I try first? Lower seat? Move cleat forward? I think the answer might be rest and some stretching exercises.
Thanks

I'd suggest a good fitter.
But from what I've read, you need to adjust your position based on your shorter leg. Behind the knee pain is usually from saddle being too high.

Ideally, see a good fitter. And/or, knees and fit tips: https://www.cptips.com/knee.htm
Don't let it go too long, long-term injury can result.
Cheers!

agree with MrTuner - sounds like exactly what happens when the saddle is too high. which makes sense if that leg is shorter, but also makes it harder to compensate. you probably need some kind of shim under the cleat...definitely see a fitter. messing with that stuff on your own could work, but it could also cause more problems than it solves.

A good fitting. They can also help with shims if needed on the shorter leg.
