first ride with clipless pedals!!!
Although I fell twice, I had tons of fun today. My knee did start hurting after first sixteen miles. Will this go away? I'm 25 and using look keo's.

Did you mount the cleats on your shoes yourself? You may need to make some adjustments if so or even if the place you bought them just stuck them on.

Did it hurt before with your old pedals?

Make sure the cleats are positioned properly for you. If they're not your knees will hurt.
There's plenty of instructions on the 'net.
My method is to position the cleats so the balls of my feet is slightly in front of the pedal axle. Then adjust the angle so it feels natural. That means an evening of riding the trainer, thinking about how my feet feel (do they want to turn in from the current positon, or out) and adjusting cleats.
Make sure the cleats are tight. They tend to loosen a bit so check them after the first couple rides.
Once you have a good cleat position (takes a few weeks or a month to be sure), mark the cleat position with permanent marker.

then take your shoes into your local bike shop and have them look them over. this is an important step that you dont want to have done incorrectly. after some experience, you will be know what to feel for and how to adjust properly.
