Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Rudy runs big. I'm a husky-headed guy, and need a large from most manufacturers. Rudy, I need the smaller size. They only have two sizes, by the way. Check the website, they give measurements for head size. I have a Kontact+ and like it, but be aware that Rudy helmets aren't super friendly to the small of head.

I wear a large Giro and bought the large Rudy if that helps? They only make 2 sizes if I remember correctly, but the adjustable headband helps dial it in. Btw, I bought mine online (erudy.com), searched for coupons on google and saved 40% with the code. It fits very comfortably, feels like a hat it's so light. Couldn't be happier!
