Good luck, young man. This, too, shall pass.

I could totally see pcad on one of those tadpoles...

mkmartin 08-10-12 09:11 PM

don't sit down, when you ride, ever.

I'm convinced this is very similar to shin splints or tendonitis. The only cure is rest. I've been on and off the bike a couple of times since this started. It relapsed faster after a week of rest than it did after 10 days of rest. It needs 60 days at least. That should do it.

No one wants the Addict. I'll take it.

My favorite Olympic moment was when R. Lochte admitted to peeing in the Olympic Pool.

You can thank member c0urt for pointing this vid out to me. I think it may offer some inspiration.

Sorry to hear about the nether region pain, but hopefully the time will pass quickly and you'll be back on the bike in no time. The best thing to do is rest and not push it because often it can make things worse and that means more time off the bike. The time off will give you plenty to post about though...

patentcad 08-11-12 07:29 AM

This condition has made me the butt of many jokes.

Well the winter months are quickly approaching so it's probably perfect timing.

Did not think that the butt was the problem.

Oh yeah, the insurance company denied coverage on the physical therapy until after they have reviewed how I respond to the physical therapy that they won't pay for. It's quite the Catch 22. I'll be battling with them next week.

P.S. the USA has the best healthcare in the world. At least that's what all my GOP pals keep telling me.

P.P.S. I really sense a dull but very distinct pain, just like a knot you might typically get in your back or leg, but precisely behind my left hemorrhoid area and the dull pain radiates a bit down my left leg. NOT in the prostate area, but of course everything in that region is centimeters apart, so it takes a while to figure that all out. Increasingly this seems to clearly be a muscular spasm issue of some kind. Got worse this AM after a two mile walk with the dog with some hills. I'm sure I can get this to calm down.

patentcad 08-11-12 11:19 AM

It you consider that TMI, stay out of this thread, because it will get increasingly graphic. Of course the danger is that will turn on the Gay participants like sbxx, but that's a risk I am willing to take for medical science.
