Frame size help

Notices
Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

What kind of fit do you want? Aggressive fits will require some flexibility and maybe some discomfort in getting used to if you have not been riding a long time. A more relaxed fit may be better until you get some time and miles in your favor.

Ive run 3 marathons and no matter what i do im just a big guy. Im averaging about 120 miles a week right now. My rides are usually around 30 miles with an average speed of 17.5mph. I like to push myself. Will start racing soon. Im on a size 56 entry level road bike right now.

If you've measured your inseam properly, then your saddle height should be around 73cm. That's some short legs for someone of your height. I'd concentrate on frames with a sloping TT, to help increase the standover clearance. With that much torso length, you'll need a long stem on any stock frame, since none of them will have a TT that's as long as suggested.

Frame size number are not consistent between brands, making them pretty much worthless. What you need to look at are the stack and reach (if listed), or alternately, the head tube length and the TT length. TT lengths can only be compared directly, if both frames have the same seat tube angle. If not, then add 9mm for each degree that the STA is steeper.
