Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Now THAT is over-rated! I am a full-on coffee aficionado...though my own rig falls embarrassingly short of the ones posted here...but having been to Indonesia and trying Luwak coffee from various roasters, I still do not prefer it to the regular brew I make from Caffe Umbria....custo crema...even with the shipping fees to Taiwan it's worth it!

Yeah they are not firecrest's, just older (2010) clinchers.
I think they are overrated since my Reynolds assault and even more so, my pair of November 58mm carbon clinchers roll just as well, a lighter and way less money.
If someone wanted to sell me some 303 clincher (firecrest's) for $900 I'm a buyer!

Why pay for coffee that has passed through the digestive tract of a mammal at all? You can make that at home.

Come to think of it, even with the pricey stuff, how do you know what animals dung they dug it out of? Do the fare trade people look into this?

Underrated: Quality cycling clothing that will get you through any season
Overrated: Expensive bike parts that only have a marginal (read:negligible) influence on performance

Also underrated: The effects of training instead of spending another 1k on your bike. You could replace your X for $Y. Or you could add an extra training day instead of only going out in the weekends. The latter is free and about a Z times more effective.

It took this thread seven posts before I lost interest. That's four seconds I'll never get back. Plus the two minutes I spent typing this, including backspaces, corrections, and scratching an itch on the inside of my right eye.

Of course, you already edited it... but I had already gotten my subscription email.
wow. you completely derailed this thread.

fwiw, pedophiles or any other group of people should have the same civil rights/liberties as everyone else. these rights/liberties should only be withheld if a party directly or recklessly interferes with the civil rights/liberties of another party..

now...back to the guy several spaces of above: CERAMIC bearings= incredibly overrated. i have talked several people out of them the past few weeks.
