1. "Should have went" as opposed to " should have gone"; "should have rode" as opposed to "should have ridden"
2. "Could of", "should of", "would of", "peddle" :bang:
3. Shorts/bibs getting caught on the saddle nose
4. Getting stuck behind someone braking non-stop on a clear bridge descent, ruining what should have otherwise been an amazing "descent climax"

Oh I have two others.

1. People who are surprised/shocked when their favorite athlete tests positive for doping. I mean, come on people... wake up and smell the steroids and blood tranfusions! I don't care what sport it is!!!

2. People who call cyclists dorks/gay etc. for wearing spandex, and then they go watch NFL. :crash:

In Carlsbad CA, where I ride a lot, they repainted a long section of 101. There's the parking lane, next to that a 3 foot wide diagonally striped lane, next to that a bike lane, and next to that 2 car lanes. Do the joggers, walkers go in the striped lane? Of course not! The walk three abreast in the bike lane, forcing cyclists into the traffic.

When people put "for sell" or "I have a bike for sell" instead of "for sale" in a want ad.

Red lights that are triggered by cars but not me on a bike. I run so many red lights, I swear.

How about the guy in the car that complains you're breaking the law going through a red light that no car has even gone through.

Haha, that's part of the problem, there's no cars around so I'd just sit there forever until one shows up. Screw that!

Although, sometimes I still go through them if cars are waiting but it's clear to cross. People should be happy that I'm getting out of the way so they don't have to wait for me if they're turning.

Anyway, back to pet peeves...my new favorite is trucks that like to floor it as they go around you. I like to yell "omg, your penis is so huge" when they do.

You think it's easy to push that pedal down and have more gas reach the engine like that? Hell no. Those guys are bad ass!
