Not for nothin, I am no longer just a hapless nail on our team rides. Got off the front with a couple guys today and stayed gone to the coffee shop.

It means very little to anyone but me, but it did make for some powerful endorphin goofballs.

Had a great ride today, did the loop with the two mile dirt road climb. I love that route. I did manage to forget my Garmin which was kind of nice, I couldn't look down and see how bad I was hurting. I had a backup though, Strava app on the android. Not nearly as nice as a Garmin but it will do in a pinch.

what I find interesting is how infrequently I get that crap here in flyover bumfark Oklahoma. Most people are really nice to cyclists here. I haven't had an episode since the Addiction TT when I got run off the road.

My Di2 battery died at the end of the ride today. First to go was front derailleur function, the battery had enough juice to shift the rear until the end of the ride. Hadn't charged it in a long time.

It will have a fresh charge for tomorrow's Pcad Wheelsuck Workout.

I got yelled at by a couple of geese on my ride. It's possible that they said something like that, but I don't speak the language so I'll never know.
