Bike Forums - Addiction XIX

Y'know, I'll never understand the Fixie subculture, but after watching Fixation the other night I can honestly say...I'll never understand the Fixie subculture. The film featured coverage of several factions of the fixed-gear community, one of which was a band of roving cyclists who essentially ride from place to place (and by place, I mean liquor store) to procure their beverage of choice (typically something that comes in a 40 oz. bottle) in which to over-indulge. There is one such organization in my old stomping grounds of Santa Cruz.

Reminded me of a failed attempt at a revival of West Side Story, but with bikes.

Yesterday it was 76 at 8am. 52 and rain at noon (we got over 2" of rain) and 31 this morning
