I'd probably go with the Ultegra for the street cred. Not because I think there's much difference in shift quality.

I'd with used Ultegra, unless it's really beat up. I've found that Ultegra typically stays tighter longer and the shifters are significantly better.

I'd go with the new 105 providing it has a real 105 crankset and not some FSA something or other. Not FSA bashing here (I've got both) but the Shimano rings do shift smoother. A couple grams heaver is all you're giving up with 105 and if you break something, stuff is cheap!
