Will miss him here. He always had so much to share, we enjoyed talking bikes with him and watching him play around with his toys. He was passionate about the sport. I think I can speak for a good amount of 41 members and say, we will ride on for you Ed.

Lena -- please accept my sincere condolences to you and your family.
A suggestion if I may: let this thread play out and then print it for your son and keep it in a safe place. It can serve as a small token of the impact his father had on a community.
Bikes are an amazing thing, and can transform people, physically and mentally. Your husband loved them, and knowing that love will help your son re-connect with him for years to come.

My condolences as well. Losing someone close is tough and when it happens unexpectedly, it is doubly bad.

Thank you very much ALL and thank you for adding a line to his profile that he is riding his bike now any time he wants.
The funeral took place on 11th and it was very hard to be there, many people came and every time someone gave me a hug my tears could not stop their way. We burried him in his favorite bike shirt and he was holding gloves with his hands. Our Friends created a central piece with his hamlet and shoes and gloves and water bottle and the wheel. Bianci was on the display as well.
Thank you all for you kind words about Ed, he was the great guy full of kindness and love. I will keep this thread so i can print it for kids and they can read it what a great daddy they had. Life goes on, I must be strong, it is very hard but I have to do my best for sake of these two little children.
Love to you all from my family.

I cant imagine how difficult it is for you to keep on the everyday life for the kids when your life has been turned upside down. My heart feels heavy for you and your family.
