As a Redskin fan the fact that Washington wasn't bombed by N Korea and Romo will be around to choke away games has made for a really great day, along with the fact Laj had so much to say, but didn't say a word, makes it a home run!!!:thumb:

I didn't have anything to say, but I said it anyway.

That is on hold for a few days. I was an idiot and ordered a BB30 bottom bracket instead of a PF30 bottom bracket.

LesterOfPuppets 03-29-13 09:06 PM

I had PF Changs for dinner.

That's a re occurring theme around here... What happened to Surgenstone?

patentcad 03-30-13 03:52 AM

Nice. But take the stickers off they're like spoke protectors on your new $5K bicycle.

Gibson USA LP Standard Plus I presume?

I do know more than anyone here about patent drawings.

Now all it needs is a gorgeous D.A. 9000 crankset to bring all the D.A. haters out from under their rocks.

Since we're engaging in guitar porn, here is Pcad's recent PRS acquisition. PRS PS#4165 (DGT model).

It's a looker, and it actually out-honks the R8 Lester. Also does a rather convincing ballsy Strat imitation.

Special note to Whoosshhface: bite me fatso.

My new bike is still a week away. The wheels of Piermont Bicycle Connection turn slowly at times. On the other hand my Ptap G3 laced to a Williams 38 rear arrived, so I once again know how many watts I am failing to generate.

patentcad 03-30-13 04:05 AM

As you were.

It had just come out of the box. Gibson Custom 58 reissue (R8)

gsteinb 03-30-13 04:20 AM

He had played a 59 out on the Island, but it sold before we pulled the trigger on it. Go figure, someone bought a $$$ guitar out from under me. So much for the economic woes. The 58 was quite a bit cheaper (more made) and is essentially the same guitar (mainly the tops aren't as figured).
