Looks like they will get you noticed.
I would like to know how distracting they are to you while you are riding. I know I can't use a strobing headlight even when it is light enough to see if the light is bouncing off the pavement.

If I saw the red and blue alternating in my rear view I'd pull over. Your rides are about to become more fun. All joking aside, anything that gets a distracted driver's attention and helps you cheat death is a good thing.

Those light would be perfect for bar hopping on a cruiser.

You need to get a set of these too
Anything that blinks in my field of vision generally drives me nuts riding... but those lights down the seat stays would be awesome.
My personal opinion is that the thing that really makes a cyclist visible at night is a bright light on his helmet. Lights on the frame are easily blocked by cars, but a helmet light is visible for a long way behind you.
