No, that's kind of creepy.

I hope coasting doesn't have a verizon phone. PRISM is watching that post.

For the trainspotters... for the first time in my morning drive to work, the RR crossing gates came down, and this thing passed by.
(Forgive the really crappy cell pics... the sun was rising behind it.)

Yeah that jersey just isn't doing anything for me. I'm planning to opt out of the early-adopter club and wait for next year's improved design.

So I take it it's best not to watch children at all, unless they're yours.

Every day we see more evidence that our society is broken.

I passed that milestone quite a while ago. It has been far from dull and boring.

Rowan 06-11-13 06:38 AM

Thank goodness!!

Heh, so did I.

My biggest adjustment, and still biggest annoyance, is vision. I miss my 20/20 unassisted vision like nothing else. Wearing glasses is a royal pain in the ass, and wearing contacts is an even bigger pain in the ass.

:sigh: :(

WHOOOSSHHH... 06-11-13 07:27 AM

I think the 41 jersey looks just fine...understated is better. Of course the majority of you tend to be rainbow riders led by the pink-clad one, pcuddles. Nttawwt !! He must be shacking up with one of his blue-haired groupies or re united with ijen. I think there was a little crush there......haven't seen the ole buzzard Flyin round lately..

BillyD 06-11-13 07:28 AM

On the other hand, I try to be thankful every day I wake up above ground. :)

Lately he lays low when he's ailing.

I knew he was getting back at it too soon, but I also knew he wouldn't listen. Especially to me.

I never had 20/20 vision, so one less thing to worry about.

I have, however, stopped buying prescription riding glasses. I can see well enough without and it's an expensive pain in the ass.

coasting 06-11-13 08:13 AM

why "free ruokie"? were you locked up?

patentcad 06-11-13 08:15 AM

This ankle wound fired off again last night @ 2AM (for some reason it seems to always do this in the middle of the night to screw up my sleep pattern). But now it goes to pain level 8-9 instead of 11+ and it calms down in 20-30 minutes after two Advil and ONE Percoset (instead of double that amount of time and medication). Looks 85% healed too, it's definitely improving. Can't ride until it's nearly 100% or I'll just break the skin again and re-injure it (which I did riding on it 4 days last week). Frustrating.

On the other hand, I see no evidence of sub-dermal blood clotting anywhere in that region, so I'm hoping my theory of this being related to my reactions to certain meds turns out to be true. If that's the case I'll be back on the bike and riding for the balance of the year after July 1 or so.

Thread moves too fast, please sum up. What caused the injury? Hang in there until July.
