3T stems

I noticed a seller on ebay selling 3T stems that are labeled as +/-5 degrees. I have never seen this offering anywhere else, most of what I have seen are 6 degree stems. Does anyone have any info on this?

thought it was just 6 and 17. But there are many clones on ebay, buy a real one from your LBS for $55 bucks
