I looked around quite a bit but couldn't find anything. Does anybody know of any carbon bars with a shape/size similar to these:

I doubt you're going to find carbon fiber midge bars. The market for those bars is a very small niche to start, and it's not a weight weenie crowd.

You might find something vaguely similar by googling "carbon track bars" and looking at images.

Bikes: Guru Evolo R, Colnago Pista, Look AL 464P SS, various frankenbikes

Zipp Carbon bars flare out like that to a very mild degree. They're beautiful and light, but freakin' expensive.
