Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

bunion- cleat position

I have a slight bunion on my right foot that has been causing slight pain on longer rides....I have been thinking about moving the cleat back to relieve some pressure. Anyone dealt with this before? Any help appreciated......thankyou

I did. Slammed the cleat all the way back. Moved it toward the outside of the foot too. Helped significantly.

OP, moving your cleats is fine, but what you should be thinking about is having the bunion removed. I am familiar with women suffering with bunions for decades before finally having them removed. That just plain crazy. I have never heard anyone say getting rid of it wasn't the right thing to do. Don't let this go a minute longer than you have to.
