I am new to road biking. Looking to buy first road bike. I have found 2008 trek madone 5.2 with ultegra components. The bike is almost unridden. Price 1200.00 or jamis education or something like that I think. With tiara components. Price is 1400.00. Both are carbon fiber. I know trek components are much better but does a older frame on trek change anything. Suggestions

If I got jamis model wrong it's msrp is 1850.00 if that helps.
