Question about rule #20
It seems to me that if I shift forward, my legs are more bent & quads work more.
Shift back, legs straighter, more hamstrings.
Now I have valve caps and a seat bag, so pretty out of it, but what do you think?

Maybe this belongs in training/nutrition.
"If you shift forward, raise the saddle to maintain leg extension. This is what's done on TT setups. Using a seat bag is defensible, valve caps and stem nuts are not."
Stopping to adjust your saddle height during the ride has got to violate rule #something , unless you have one of those new road dropper posts anyway...
