Ah, so your issue is that you make the mistake of thinking when people use the term 'open mold' on BF in relation to carbon parts they are incorrectly shortening the technique of 'open molding' instead of using a common description of molds that are owned by the manufacturer and available for production runs. You should get over that.
1. OEM parts sold direct, like Gigantex rims
2. Parts made from designs and tooling owned by manufacturers sold to multiple customers specializing in branding and retailing
3. Fakes of dubious provenance
4. Various other "interpretations"
Part of the reason people tend to think all of these products are the same is that people are using a single term for them and confusing the issue.

I don't know about Rollie, but my "issue" is that "open mold" is commonly used on the 41 to mean:
1. OEM parts sold direct, like Gigantex rims
2. Parts made from designs and tooling owned by manufacturers sold to multiple customers specializing in branding and retailing
3. Fakes of dubious provenance
4. Various other "interpretations"

I have zero issues with "open mold". Apparently, failed humor is failed. And only my mom calls me Rollie.

If you want somewhat nice you can always buy some H Plus Son Archetype rims, Novatec hubs, and Sapim laser spokes and have them built for around $400 total for a ~1550g wheel.

If you just want wheels to thrash there's Aksiums which can be had for less than $200, Fulcrum 7, Performance Titan among others are dirt cheap.

Ok, but I want to go back to your list.
The wheels on the chinarello could have been Gigantex rims sold to a wheel manufacturer who re-branded them and sold them to a customer who slapped some stickers on them to create fake Boras. Since we don't know if that is the case or something else I interpret their provenance to be dubious.
Therefore we have qualified on 4 of your 4 definitions and without doubt do indeed have open mold carbon wheels.

In regards to bike frames, yes. But as a stand alone sentence, steel is the only alloy of the three. Titanium and aluminum are chemical elements.
So for clarity, from this day hence bicycle frames must be properly referenced as "titanium alloy", "aluminum alloy", or "steel". So let it be written. So let it be done.
Edit: those uncomfortable with "steel" have permission to use "iron alloy" in its stead.

I default to including the word alloy after both anyway since they're rarely found or used in strictly raw chemical form.

I have some openly moldy alloy wheels from the old-days. Spiderwebs included.
