I see a lot of people do this over train tracks. I stand bend all my joints and stay very loose. Just let the bike push me up and down with no resistance

Can we combine it with a tubulars vs. clinchers debate? Especially if we could further debate aluminum vs. carbon in that context, and how the wheel material affects average speed. That would be epic.
