Transition makes great bikes and there are tons of reviews on the dirtbag on the transition website. I haven't personally tried one but I have yet to hear anything bad about them.

Dont bother with the Sport Disc if your getting a Hardrock. I recommend getting the base model (the regular sport) for your type of riding, because i'm sure discs would be over kill for light riding....

How did you fit a 10mm axle in the DJ3? Did they change the dropouts for that year? I have the 05 DJ3 and i'm pretty sure the dropouts could fit nothing more than 5mm axles.
