I only ride the bike to work 1 - 2 times a week ... but it's 71 miles roundtrip when I get to do it. It's pretty flat throughout though.

Depends on how much spray you use and how long you let it set after the race. If you use a small amount and simply cover the back of the number and then remove it at the end of the race your jersey...

The third stage is really the most fun, non-stop racing and climbing. Everytime things start to relax you descend and speed things up and then you're immediately climbing again.

It's a lot of fun...
