I only ride the bike to work 1 - 2 times a week ... but it's 71 miles roundtrip when I get to do it. It's pretty flat throughout though.

The third stage is really the most fun, non-stop racing and climbing. Everytime things start to relax you descend and speed things up and then you're immediately climbing again.
