From 145th at the south end of Shoreline Trail section Linden Ave N. runs to N 128 St and a Trail runs to about 105th then Fremont Ave N is a convenient route to the Green Lake area.

It’s a marketing double up for the manufactures, suppliers and shops. Compare the prices for replacement chains, derailleurs, cassettes etc 7to 8-9 to 10 speed.

I don’t like the self adhesive patches. I find that they leak after a year or so as the glue gets gooey. When I get some usually as a freebee I save them for John (who gets mire flats than anyone).
