If they were still also available as frameset only in '83 (like the 950/750 were in 80-82) that could actually be the original build done by a shop.

No, it's is not difficult to find an NR or SR group in this condition, they're just costly. Mixed groups not so much.

NOS? Seller must've lifted the brake hoods for themselves, along with the original saddle. A bunch of these have popped up on CL, Ebay, and even our sale here after one old bike shop closed and sold...
