Intense Bikes have any customer service?
Bought a pretty expensive Intense Bikes XT "all mountain" kit to build with a Commencal 5.5 frame. Not sure if I got what i paid for sent them a couple of emails to the CS link on their site, no answer at all.
Does anyone know what is really supposed to be supplied with this kit? Anyone else frustrated with no Intense Customer Service?

Was this the XT build kit that was on Chainlove? If so, you need to contact Chainlove, not Intense.

Maybe Intense thinks that: that's why they don't answer two emails, or provide a list?

Oh, no it's a good deal: I even told Intense in my first email I'm happy to buy what's missing separately. I just want to know what to get, I don't know anything about these Deore hubs and don't want to waste my LBS' time on a crash course then to only buy piddling stuff from them.
Actually I bought Kuota K factor unassembled on a good deal, it was missing cables and housings, I never complained nor asked for the items....
If you want to "second guess" me, go waste your time on someone else. If you don't have an answer go lurk in another forum.

Talk gets even cheaper when you're "backpedaling." Besides, the real issue now is, "what do you have to do to get Intense Bikes "Customer Service" to provide a lousy list of what they sell in a "Kit"?

I don't have a lot to report, been on this forum for 5 years and made only 110 posts. I like to pose real observations, look for help, and reach out without unnecessary "backhanded second guessing."

This thread is going "nowhere fast" & all your replies are "pretty irrelevant" to "what I say".
And like I said, I was "trying to help" but you "responded like a jerk" so I pretty much "lost interest" in "helping you".

Enough. What was included in the build kit should have been listed when you bought it. If you bought it without reading what was included, that's your own fault. If what you got wasn't what was listed, that's Chainlove's fault, so contact them. You got your answer in the first post. Now stop, this is silly and isn't accomplishing anything.

What? This wasn't chainlove, what is chainlove? It's a sealed box from Amazon... It's a bike box that says Intensecycles.com all over it...
Don't tell me "enough" *******.
It's the unanswered emails, jackass. the reseller isn't responsible for unfilled boxes from the ostensible manufacturer, they'd just refer me back to them.
