iro build kit

i've never been disappointed with iro parts before, and this seems like a pretty good deal. i'm thinking of buying it to build up an old raleigh frame to a single speed. any opinions on the kit?

I had a complete IRO Angus I ordered direct from them And I had no problems or complaints with any of the components.
