I have tried the Louis Garneau gloves and they are very comfortable. Excellent padding at the palm and some sort of thin material at the top of the hands that serves as great ventilation.

I just had a fitting when I bought my new bike 2 months ago. I really don't have a numbness issue its more comfort and temperature.

I use some Assos summer gloves. Not much padding. Pretty cool temp wise as well. Expensive of course, but they're the best I've used.

this is what i use, $5 at walmart. wash them a few times and they shrink by like 50%, which i recommend.
