Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

These bad guys may have firearms. I would personally wait for law enforcement to deal with it.

We were in the car with our dentist, who happened to be the dentist for the chief of police. They were giving him/us a hard time at a checkpoint because they wanted to see our passports. He tried every trick he had, and when he could see no other way out, he played that card, and they let us pass.

Found myself on my roof, in a rain/frozen rain storm. Attempting to repair a leak yesterday. It is still unknown if it worked. Of course it stopped raining after the repair was completed.
Today I have found out I am not a spring chicken. Lower back and glutes are both sore after. Knees are swollen and painful.
Even better looks like I'm putting a roof on it this spring. Fml.

Cinderella story either way. I was just not looking forward to the hot takes about Purdy, who's clearly responsible for the defense being unable to stop a nosebleed.
Gonna be a good SB. MaHomes never disappoints.

Currently 175.

I didn’t say that I would go there alone, but I wouldn’t wait for the police.

On a sadder note, one of my cycling friends who rode with us yesterday went directly from the ride to his girlfriend’s house in Philadelphia and left his bike in the car….and it got STOLEN! This is a custom Seven with CF/Ti frame and Dura-Ace Di2, so a really nice bike.

He has a tracker on the bike and knows the location, working with the Philadelphia police to try to get it back. I hope he gets it and that it’s intact.

Bike theft sucks.
