From deep in the heart of Tejas, I can tell you that I've had discussions/arguments with people who are close to me that firmly believe in one or more of the following:
1. It was fake and doesn't really exist;
2. It was developed and orchestrated by the Demorats just to defeat Trump; and
3. It's just another variety of flu, and, well, it if kills you you just aren't fit enough, so we really shouldn't be too concerned about those people.

Anybody here a friend of George Clooney? If so, did you get a suitcase?

Oh, boy. This was not a simple faint from low BP. Your story points to amnesia for time during which you were conscious, possibly before and definitely after, you were found down.
This is a difficult situation to piece together. It could be a heart/BP thing complicated by a concussion from the fall or it could be a blood clot that blocked an artery at the base of the brain transiently with loss of consciousness and effects on memory: not unheard of. It is also pretty common for those events to be accompanied by vertigo. A seizure is a possibility, but I would still be concerned about what caused it. The negative MRI is a good sign in any case, but says very little about the cause of the event.
I certainly hope you are in good and active hands.

I must make an appointment with my ophthalmologist. I think I saw a micro crank on that thing. I did, I did see a micro crank on that thing.

Do you know what the lesions were felt to be or where the were?
Please don't answer if you feel my asking is inappropriate or uncomfortable and I'm also happy to take this to PM or email.

Cases of CV-19 are growing so fast in my area that I think I may quit riding with people again. Everybody in my group knows someone or is related to someone with Covid. Even at the peak last Spring, that wasn't the case but it's common now.
Our governor is putting the heavy hand on us starting Friday - no indoor dining or bars or gaming or parties just to name a few items. We can still exercise outdoors, luckily.

Pro tip: Don’t leave your cold weather gear in the garage. It will be cold when you need it, and you may never warm up during your ride.

No, I was solo most of the time pre covid.
It will be at freezing tomorrow am here as well.
Found a nice little loop on the cap trail, kind of sketchy in the hill billy way, but it’s 40 miles and gets me off the cap trail, which causes my brain to rattle so it’s a win.

Toilet paper has become currency on some streets here.
