I disagree about this particular stem (I don't do MTBs, so there's no attraction for me), I do believe it's perfectly reasonable to buy a bike for a single interesting part or to have a single interesting part and decide to build a bike around it.

Nitto stem? Looks like a well-modernized bike.

The 1986 Peugeot catalog lists the stem as "Rocky II," making it almost impossible to google.

Saw this and thought someone might want a small framed and relatively rare one at that. Frame shows a small dent and there are chrome issues but at $110 the price reflects that. Local pick up in Phoenix

Vianelli 1987 Road Bike Steel frame size 55.5 cm
$110
This is a rare Italian handmade steel frame from Vianelli size 55.5 cm Vianelli was the 1968 Mexico City Olympic Gold Medal Champion in Road Cycling. After his Olympic victory he started bike making business in Milan. His son still runs the bike shop nowadays. This is a really rare and beautiful road bike frame with the Olympic Rings on the fork lugs and the rear brake mounts. It is truly one of a kind. The frame has some paint scratches and the chrome needs some work. There is a very small cosmetic dent on the left chain stay ( see photo). Let me know if you have any questions. Local pick up only not shipping

^^^^^ That Trek should be gone, like, NOW
Second bike looks like a smaller version of my Zebrakenko Wind. Nothing real special, but worth more than $20.
As to "what to do" with the third one? How 'bout -- NOTHING

Me thinks you could do a lot worse for $150. Photos suck and maybe seller has front rack, and maybe doesn't but not bad for money

Univega Touring Bike For Sale - $150
I am selling a very nice older touring bike. It has not been use much but is from the early 1980's. It was my father's bike, stored indoors. Shifts well and rides well. You would want to swap out tires and tubes if your were going to do any longer distances on it. If you are looking to get a touring bike - this could be just the ticket for not a lot of money or commitment. It has a good rear rack already installed and is ready for your panniers. This was a very high end touring bike back in its day and is really in pretty good shape I just checked fair condition because you would want to do a once over of the bike if you were going to give it heavy use: new wrap for the bars, tires, tubes, chain, maybe cables - all simple basic wear parts you would anticipate with a 35 to 40 year old bike and not a ton of money. You would have a very nice touring bike for a few hundred dollars. If you just want to bounce around town and do shorter rides - use it as it is and enjoy.

Suspect seller will expect you to take all. If so, offer for $25 on CL and break even on gas...

Nearly worth that for the derailleurs.
This bike is vintage 1985 and has not been used for 20 years and was not used very much before. It is in good condition but needs new tires.

Trek 1100 Road Bike - $50 (St. Charles)
Early 90's Trek 1100 road bike, in fair condition. This has a lightweight aluminum frame, 21 speeds, 3 chain rings, 700C wheels, and needs new tires/tubes to make it road ready. It could use a new seat, new handlebar tape, and probably some fine tuning also. The bike has been well used over the years, and has never let me down. New tires and tubes for this bike could run $40-$80, depending on what you want to use.
If you have been wanting to try road riding, and don't want to spend a lot of money or wait a year to get your new bike, consider this one. This bike is probably most similar to a modern Trek aluminum frame road bike, which start at about $1000 if you can find one.
This bike would be suitable for someone in the 5'4" to 5'8" height range. Bike is presented and sold as is, with no warranty.

That ^^^^^^^ Miyata is already gone.
You can juuuust make out the "spe" of "specialissima". Not bad, indeed.
Me thinks you could do a lot worse for $150. Photos suck and maybe seller has front rack, and maybe doesn't but not bad for money
