Agree with the above assessment on beam bikes, I have two Softrides, and setup is actually pretty quick. And yes, these are very comfortable rides.

Nice french bike in very nice condition. Has a 34" stand over height (tall frame) with new tires. It's equipped with Simplex derailleurs, alloy components and quick release hubs. $100

Might not shift due to lack of any maintenance, (judging from that chain??)

Vintage Road Bike - $30 (Columbia Heights)

https://washingtondc.craigslist.org/...455575268.html

Vintage road bike from the early 1980s. The derailleurs do not work but the bike is rideable. The brakes work but do not work well. The whole bike weighs 24 lbs. This would be a great conversion to a fixie.

This bike was the fit model for the design concept of the "skip tooth" drivetrain!

$100

The problem with those is not servicing them or even that the rear balls are so damn small. The problem is finding a freewheel that works.

Early 90s 55cm Merckx Corsa/Corsa Extra - $1,200 (Belmont)

Early 90s 55cm Merckx Corsa (Columbus SL) or Corsa Extra (Columbus SLX). Would fit 5'10"-6'0" ~32" inseam perfectly.

Rides very well for a classic steel bike. Selling because I don't have space and want to find someone to appreciate it.

Upgrades/details:
- Lugged steel frame
- Modern Campy Athena 11spd, 34/50. Chorus cassette, 12-29
- Soma HWY One 44cm bars
- San Marco Laser saddle
- 172.5mm cranks
- Dura-ace headset
- 700c Mavic Open Pro 32 laced to 2006 Veloce hubs

Few cosmetic chips/scratches in paint as you would expect for a classic bike.

Pedals and saddle bag NOT included. Venmo or paypal preferred. Local pickup preferred am willing to discuss delivery

This screams Burning Man Festival to me though I bet it would be stolen in a NY minute! Kind of cool for what it is though!

For anyone that might not be familiar those Blue Mavic Cosmos wheels are amazing! And nearly worth the price of admission alone. They a slightly heavier version of the original Red Helium wheels and have been quite bullet proof for me. I would say they have been my favorite wheels for all around riding and are virtually maintenance free.

Nope, it's here:

For sale is an exact movie replica of the "best bike in the whole world." Frame is a vintage 1952 Schwinn DX model. Custom parts have been fabricated from all over the US taken from the actual bike used in the movie. Rides smooth, like new. Hard to believe the frame is over 70 years old!

These *never* come up, and this is the cheapest I've ever seen. Plus, is it from Ant Bike Mike himself??

https://boston.craigslist.org/gbs/bi...456025027.html

ANT mountain/city bike - $600 (Belmont)

ANT 26" wheel mountain bike.

Sort of set up for city/trail riding. Rear rack, comfy saddle, bell, flat pedals, kickstand, one-by 9 speed 11/40T x 32T front.

Very good condition. Tires are new, not used much. About 16 years old? My wifes bike, but I built her a new one.

Fit's someone in the area of 5'2" + or -

$600 cash only.

I can show Thursday March 10th. Out of town Fri/sat and Sunday. Then can show any time next week.

Thanks, Mike
