NWS Alpine- thanks for the input; I'll give those LG insoles a try. As for the Sidis, these are my first pair and since my brother, along with a couple others who already have these, I wanted my shoes to look a bit different from everyone else.

Bontrager flare 2 rear light, and Bontrager solstice shorts. The light works great, but the shorts aren't that comfortable. Oh, I also bought some park tool chain cleaner, and some chain lube.

Finally found a Cervelo S1 frameset in my size on ebay for a good price....now just waiting for it to get here so i can build it up (using SRAM Rival I took off my S2 when I upgraded it to Red). Pics to follow.

Sram Red 2012 FD. Got it today and installed. Pretty smooth! Time to sell both 2011 Red FD and DA7900 FD.
Also got new shoes yesterday. S-Works MTB... Tried SPD-SL but just can't like it..
