It's all coming back now. When one begins riding, daily, after a two month layoff, one comes back from said rides progressively stiffer, sorer, tireder, and hungrier. And today I got out too late and Did Not beat the heat. So it goes

No. Mexicans are all about not having spare parts around. They'd rather you buy a new machine. This is not an exaggeration. But still I think I can find what I need. I plan to open up the washer as soon as the current load finishes.

Beautiful day here. Went for a group-ish ride and had a blast. Fun stories, jokes, and friendly jabs. I really have missed my club friends and they still aren't riding together so I poached another club's underground ride. Lucky for me one of the ladies let me in on the top secret message thread.

Next month I have a bunch of northern overnights. Looks like Buffalo, Ithaca, Burlington, Bangor, and Harrisburg. Not sure if i’m near of you. Also Chattanooga if velo feels like riding that far.

Im not to familiar with philly. They put us in a hotel near the airport. I had to walk past a little italian dive that claims to have created the stromboli if that helps at all.

Can't say you're not right about that. I probably won't ride a tight paceline until then or after, but I would go out with a couple of people in a loose gaggle at this point. For better or worse, the demographics of the pandemic at this time and place make it pretty safe.
