it's a way of life. Despite many challenges I did improve in some areas. Interpersonal relationships were a focus and I'd say I accomplished my goals. i made strides in getting back on the bike but i was derailed with my surgery. I hope i can resume weightlifting to improve my bone density as well as get back to pedaling. Stay tuned.

I was lights out by 9. I’m just glad I didn’t hear fire works at midnight. I wonder how many times I will get passed this morning.

LAJ, yea solid Zone 2 kicked my ass. Made it a little over 3 hours. Tried not to let my power spike, or dip below. Target was 175 w, maintained 183 through out the whole work out. For whatever reason 183 was easier to hold than 175. I was surprised how low my hr was. Most of the ride it was 120 or below, which didn’t seem right. Checked it against my fitbit and apple watch, both verified.

If 71% is 175, there is no reason to go harder. Keep that in mind. You don't win races in Zone 2, all you're doing is setting the base, and burning calories. And teaching your mind to obey your body.

Aerobic. Your legs are doing the work. At the start, I don't feel like I can do 4 hours of that. Middle, I'm OK with it. The last hour sucks. Depends where I am in the block too.

In other news, I was up and working at 6. I'm done now and can spend the rest of the day figuring out how Michigan and Alabama can both lose today. Possibly mix in belly rubs for Roscoe.
